Our planning charts splits members into 11 groups (A to K) based on age and service years:

Group Description
A under age 35 and served for less than 20 years
B age 35 to 45 and served for 10 to 20 years
C age 35 to 45 and served for 20 to 30 years
D age 45 to 55 and served for 20 to 30 years
E age 45 to 55 and served for 30 to 40 years
F age 55 or older and served for over 30 years
G age 35 to 55 and served for 10 to 20 years
H age 45 to 55 and served for 20 to 30 years
I age 55 or older and service for 20 to 30 years
J age 45 to 50 and served for 10 to 20 years
K age 55 or older and served for 15 to 20 years
