A fee of $150 is payable for the preparation of a response for superannuation information made in accordance with the Family Law legislation. The fee can be paid by cheque, money order, or credit card (VISA and Mastercard). The appropriate payment should accompany the request for information, otherwise the request will be returned without the desired information.
The fee of $150 simply covers the cost of the administration work required to respond to requests for information.
The following information is for any Member of the DFRDB, either a contributor, Pension Recipient or preserved benefit Member, or a person who is married to a Member and in the process of divorcing or separating.
