Making tax returns easier

During 2008-2009, ComSuper continued its partnership with the Australian Tax Office (ATO), focusing on simplifying the preparation of tax returns for Members.

If a Member prepares their tax return after 1 August 2009 and lodges it electronically, the information from their DFRDB payment summary will be automatically populated in their
tax return.

Tax File Numbers

From 1 July 2007, ComSuper has been unable to accept certain ancillary contributions from Members who have not provided their Tax File Number (TFN).
