If you would like to see or change any of your personal details, please enter Pensioner Services Online below and use your secure Access Number when prompted.

If you do not have an Access number and wish to apply for one, download and complete the Pensioner Online Access Form. Please note Access Number requests can only be returned by post or fax. Access Number requests sent by email will not be accepted.

Alternatively please ring the DFRDB Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

Please Note: Pensioner Services Online will be unavailable each morning between 1 am and 2.30 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) for scheduled maintenance.
