When you ring 1300 001 877, simply follow these steps...
First, it helps to have your reference number handy when you call. If you don’t know the number, it’s shown on the top right-hand corner of your Pension Advice Letter.
When you ring, you will be told that your call may be monitored. We do this randomly to ensure that the quality of service we provide is of a consistently high standard. It is used for training and coaching purposes and helps us provide feedback to our Customer Service Representatives. If you don't wish to have your call monitored just let us know once you are connected to a Customer Service Representative.

Important. If you are changing the method of receiving payment of your benefit, do not close your old account until payments start going into your new account.
