Telephone inquiries

Our helpful Customer Service Representatives are available to help you with your superannuation inquiries. Phone 1300 001 877 - for the cost of a local call. Note that calls made from mobile phones are charged at higher rates.
When you ring 1300 001 877, simply follow these steps...

First, it helps to have your reference number handy when you call. If you don’t know the number, it’s shown on the top right-hand corner of your Pension Advice Letter.

When you ring, you will be told that your call may be monitored. We do this randomly to ensure that the quality of service we provide is of a consistently high standard. It is used for training and coaching purposes and helps us provide feedback to our Customer Service Representatives. If you don't wish to have your call monitored just let us know once you are connected to a Customer Service Representative.

Office hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (local time), Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted).
You can phone the Pensions Administration Service to:

  • tell us of a change to your postal address;
  • change your method of payment - make sure that you have the name and branch code (BSB) number of the financial institution you are changing to and your account number handy;
  • tell us if your superannuation payment has not been received;
  • ask any ad hoc questions about your Superannuation Payment.

Important. If you are changing the method of receiving payment of your benefit, do not close your old account until payments start going into your new account.
