Please don’t close your old account until payments start going into your new account. The pay day that the change will take effect depends on when you called. It is advisable to keep your old account open until a payment is made to your new account. If the pay is rejected from a closed account it will be reissued to the new account (usually after 3 working days).
Generally, we need eight days’ notice before the next pension payday to make any changes to the way that your benefit is paid. For example, if you changed your bank account and wanted that change to take effect on payday 17 October, you would have to tell us by no later than 10 October.

If you wish to make any changes to the amount of voluntary tax contribution being deducted from your pension payments, you may do so by notifying ComSuper in writing of the amended amount. Please note that you may not reduce your tax to an amount less than that required under legislation outlined by the ATO.
