Alternatively please ring the DFRDB Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 877 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

Service Upgrade
We have recently upgraded our system in order to provide enhanced services for our members.
From 13 August 2011 you will be prompted to select a new ‘secret question’ when you login. This will occur the first time you login after this date and once saved will become part of your account identification. You will only be asked to answer the question if you forget your Access Number.
