Service Upgrade

We have recently upgraded our system in order to provide enhanced services for our members.

From 13 August 2011 you will be prompted to select a new ‘secret question’ when you login. This will occur the first time you login after this date and once saved will become part of your account identification. You will only be asked to answer the question if you forget your Access Number.

Services Available

Member Services Online offers you a range of services to help you manage your super:

  • Use the DFRDB i-Estimator to project your potential final benefit
  • View and print your Member statement
  • Change contact details

To login to this service you need an Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number please complete an Access Number Application (PDF 209K) form and send it to us. Please note Access Number requests can only be returned by post or fax. Access Number requests sent by email will not be accepted.

Alternatively please ring the DFRDB Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

Leaving the scheme

If you intend leaving the scheme in the near future you can get an estimate of your benefit by calling the Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677.

Security

Once you have received your new access number you will able to enter the secure area of this website. Any information transmitted from the secure site is encrypted. A series of messages will be displayed asking you to accept a New Site Certificate. To access the site you will need to accept each request.
