To login to this service you need an Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number please complete an Access Number Application (PDF 162K) form and send it to us. Please note Access Number requests can only be returned by post or fax. Access Number requests sent by email will not be accepted.
Alternatively please ring the DFRDB Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

If you intend leaving the scheme in the near future you can get an estimate of your benefit by calling the Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677.
Once you have received your new access number you will able to enter the secure area of this website. Any information transmitted from the secure site is encrypted. A series of messages will be displayed asking you to accept a New Site Certificate. To access the site you will need to accept each request.
