2010/2011 Member Statements are now available on Member Services Online

Most member statements will be available online from 29th August.

To access your statement online you will need an access number. If you do not have one please call the Customer Information Centre on 1300 001 677. All statements will be mailed to members by late October, please contact us if you have not received your statement by this time.

Please note the 2011 Annual Report to Members will be available online around mid-late October.
