How to use the i-Estimator
You need to login to Member Services Online. To login to this service you need an Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number please complete an Access Number Application (PDF 187K) form and send it to us. Please note that Access Numbers can only be returned by post. No Access Numbers will be sent by fax or email.
Alternatively please ring the DFRDB Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 677 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.
Conditions of Entry
By continuing past this point you are certifying that you are requesting information about your own record. That you understand that if you deliberately request information under false pretences, you may be guilty of an offence which may attract charges and penalties. You understand that using a public Internet facility e.g. at a public library, shopping centre or Internet Cafe, that your information can reside on the machine and may be subsequently retrieved by others.
